My Convict Cichlids

My two original Convict cichlids are very interesting to observe. I have taken very little pictures of them but I plan on having a photo opp later this month. I have been having trouble getting my fry to live for more than just a few weeks and it may be because of the 10 gallon tank's constant fluctuations in temp and other water parameters. It could also be that these convicts are brother and sister and had parents that were brother and sister... I hope to switch out the male with another to strengthen the genome. I hope to have better success in the future with my newer and larger tank to come. I am also excited about the Cascade 700 external filtration system that I just purchased for a great price. Unfortunately I cannot use my new filter until I get a suitible tank, and I cant get a suitible tank until I move to my new apartment.
